Comcast announced that it has opened ten Xfinity Stores across the state of New Jersey in less than three years. This milestone is part of Comcast’s multi-year strategy to transform the customer experience through the opening of new Xfinity Stores, and create a culture focused on exceeding customers’ expectations, at all levels of the company.
The first Xfinity Store in New Jersey, located in Mount Laurel, opened in March 2015. The tenth Xfinity Store in the state, located in Turnersville, opened in December 2017. Other Xfinity Stores in New Jersey include Cherry Hill, Lawrenceville, Mays Landing, Millville, Rio Grande, Toms River, Union and West Orange.
Designed entirely around the needs and feedback of Comcast customers, Xfinity Stores provide visitors with an opportunity to explore, learn about and interact directly with the latest Xfinity products and services. Located in convenient retail locations, each store features highly trained and knowledgeable sales consultants, interactive technology and dedicated seating areas for demonstrations of Xfinity products and apps.
Customers can visit the stores to sign up for Xfinity Mobile, Comcast’s new wireless service designed to save Internet customers money on their mobile phone plans. Customers can also experience Xfinity X1, and learn about Xfinity Internet speeds; Xfinity Voice service; Xfinity Home, Comcast’s total home security and automation solution, and more. In addition to the latest mobile devices and top-of-the-line mobile accessories, retail offerings include Bluetooth speakers, Xfinity Home accessories and other merchandise that complements Comcast’s services.

Xfinity Stores are open seven days a week – Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
