Comcast announced the opening of a new Xfinity Retail Store in Quakertown, PA, located in the Richland Crossing shopping center. The second Bucks County location, there are now 12 Xfinity Stores throughout Greater Philadelphia. This investment provides an immersive destination where customers can experience the Xfinity suite of products and interact with retail representatives.

The opening of this 2,500 square-foot center is part of Comcast’s multi-year strategy to transform the customer experience; the stores provide new and existing customers a place to learn how to optimize their Xfinity services and to address any service needs.

“Our newest Xfinity Store in Quakertown is an important part of our ongoing effort to provide an excellent customer experience,” said Dan Bonelli, Senior Vice President, Comcast Freedom Region. “A welcoming space to learn more about our products in an expansive, thoughtfully-designed store is what customers expect from a technology leader like Comcast.”

Xfinity stores are designed strategically by product area —Xfinity Mobile, Xfinity X1, Xfinity Home and Xfinity Internet – so our customers can see our industry-leading products in action.

  • Xfinity Mobile is a key focus of Xfinity stores – customers can purchase new mobile phones, devices and mobile accessories and choose a flexible data plan based on their individual needs.
  • Discover xFi, the Xfinity personalized home WiFi experience, and learn how to view and control network devices through the app, site or voice remote in the Xfinity Internet zone.
  • X1, our video platform, is the ultimate entertainment experience. Customers can try the voice remote and see how X1 works firsthand.
  • The Connected Home Zone section showcases how Xfinity Home combines the best of home security and automation into one simple experience – customers can learn how they can control an increasing number of IoT devices from their phone, tablet or Xfinity Home touchscreen.

In addition to product demonstrations, customers can ask our experts about their current services or devices, learn how Xfinity apps make it easy to manage their account, sign up for all Xfinity services, return or acquire equipment and purchase accessories for mobile devices like cases, screen protectors and power supplies as well as smart accessories for the home. Time-saving features like a queuing system allows customers to explore the store instead of waiting in line for service. Customers can also go online to www.xfinity.com/support, click “Visit an Xfinity Store” and make an appointment.

Residents can also stop by Xfinity Retail Stores to learn about and receive assistance enrolling in the federal government’s Affordable Connectivity Program, which provides eligible low-income households with a credit up to $30 per month toward the cost of their Internet and/or mobile services, and makes it possible for eligible customers to get home Internet through Internet Essentials or Internet Essentials Plus at no cost once the credit is applied.

The new Xfinity store is located at 235 N West End Blvd., Quakertown, PA. It is open seven days a week. For directions and store hours, click here.
