Comcast announced the opening of a new Xfinity Retail Store on Route 18 in East Brunswick, NJ. The new store replaces the original Brunswick Square Mall location, which served as the first Middlesex County facility when it opened in 2019. There are 18 Xfinity Retail Stores throughout New Jersey. This investment provides an immersive destination where customers can experience the Xfinity suite of products and interact with retail representatives.
The opening of the 3,750 square-foot center is part of Comcast’s multi-year strategy to transform the customer experience; the stores provide new and existing customers a place to learn how to optimize their Xfinity services and to address any service needs.
“Our newest Xfinity Store in East Brunswick is an important part of our ongoing effort to provide an excellent customer experience,” said Freedom Region Senior Vice President Dennis Mathew. “A welcoming space to learn more about our products in an expansive, thoughtfully-designed store is what customers expect from a technology leader like Comcast.
“Our team can demonstrate the unmatched video experiences on our X1 platform; how Xfinity xFi uses the fastest internet speeds and AI-powered security to transform the home WiFi experience; the Xfinity Flex streaming platform for broadband-only customers; a growing network of Xfinity Home smart home devices and services; and the advantages inherent in Xfinity Mobile,” added Mathew.
In addition to product demonstrations, customers can ask our experts about their current services or devices, learn how Xfinity apps make it easy to manage their account, sign up for all Xfinity services, return or acquire equipment and purchase accessories for mobile devices like cases, screen protectors and power supplies as well as smart accessories for the home. Time-saving features like self-serve bill pay and a queuing system allows customers to explore the store instead of waiting in line for service.
