Across the country and here in our region, we’re committed to giving back to the communities where our employees and customers live and work. One initiative we are proud to support is WMMR’s the Preston & Steve Show’s Camp Out for Hunger food drive benefitting Philabundance. As we kick off our ninth year participating in this initiative – the goal this year remains the same: To make a bigger impact than the year before!
With that, we are excited to host donation drop-offs at our Xfinity Retail Stores for the second year in a row. Should a customer stop by our store without a canned good but still wants to help, we’ve partnered with WMMR to set up a virtual donation page accessible via a QR code on our donation bin – a new element we’re excited to roll out this year.
Can’t make it to the store and have an appointment with a Comcast technician? Our technicians in Greater Philadelphia will be happy to accept canned goods and deliver them to the Camp Out as well.
