Comcast announced that it has opened a milestone 20th Xfinity Retail Store in New Jersey. This effort is part of Comcast’s multi-year strategy to transform the customer experience through the opening of new Xfinity Retail Stores, and create a culture focused on exceeding customers’ expectations, at all levels of the company.
In 2021 alone, New Jersey Xfinity Retail Stores served 1.5 million guests, assisting visitors with everything from signing up for Xfinity Internet, Mobile or Entertainment service to account and equipment management. New Jersey Xfinity stores have some of the highest customer satisfaction scores in the nation based on internal customer experience surveys.
The 20th Xfinity Retail Store in New Jersey is located within the Marlton Crossing shopping center. The first Xfinity store in the state, located in Mount Laurel, opened in March 2015. Other store locations in New Jersey include Burlington, Cherry Hill, Deptford, East Brunswick, Hillsborough, Jersey City, Lawrenceville, Manahawkin, Mays Landing, Millville, Port Murray, Rio Grande, Toms River, Turnersville, Union, West Long Branch West Orange and Woodbridge. Across the Greater Philadelphia Area, there are now 33 retail locations – with additional locations opening in the coming months.
