As the region, especially Central New Jersey, continues to recover from Tropical Storm Isaias, Comcast is working hard to restore services to impacted customers as soon as possible. Commercial power must be restored before Xfinity services can begin working again. Our crews do not have access to repair lines until the power company has completed their work and cleared an area.
What Customers Can Do During Severe Weather Events:
- Use your Xfinity apps on your mobile devices so you can stay connected when it matters most.
- Get outage updates and information about Comcast services at https://xfin.tv/status or the Xfinity My Account app from any mobile device.
- If you have electrical power but Xfinity service has not yet come back on, Comcast recommends that customers restart or reset devices, including wireless gateways, modems, routers and cable boxes.
