AS THE CITY REVIEWS Comcast’s franchise for renewal, I am writing to share my experience at Comcast (“Community pillar,” May 1). I started in 2008 as a level-one technician. The position challenged me, and, over the course of five years, I progressed to level five.
With its training, Comcast has provided the opportunity to build relationships and provide excellent customer service – something the company prides itself on. My family is proud to say I am a Comcast supervisor, and I am proud to show my children what hard work and diligence look like.
